Hi, I’m Stacie Quinn, a fully qualified pluralistic, trauma-informed counsellor and psychotherapist based in Meath. 

I work with individuals and couples, offering both in-person and online sessions.

With over 20 years of experience in providing mental health support, I have helped adults navigate some of life’s most complex and challenging situations. 


My experience includes working with homeless children and adults, individuals experiencing active addiction and recovery, and their families, as well as those coping with bereavement and people in prison and their families.

As a pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist, I believe that no single approach works for everyone. I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, including CBT, ACT, and Psychodynamic therapy, and tailor each session to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. This collaborative and flexible approach to counselling and psychotherapy

Being trauma-informed, I understand how trauma can affect emotions, thoughts, behaviours, and relationships, ensuring that you receive the mental health support you need. My priority is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel supported and empowered.

Our purpose-built therapy room, is located in Hill of Down, County Meath. 


We are;

  • 20 minutes from Mullingar
  • 20 minutes from Trim
  • 20 minutes from Enfield
  • 10 minutes from Kinnegad. 


We also offer online sessions, so no matter where you are, we can work together!
